What’s the difference between mat and reformer Pilates?

Mat Pilates uses your body weight and small props to build core strength and flexibility. Reformer Pilates involves a spring-based machine that adds resistance and support, ideal for both fitness and rehab.

Comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows free movement is ideal. For reformer Pilates, grip socks are recommended for safety. You don’t need to bring any equipment—I provide everything you’ll need.
